laid down by relevant authorities such as Registrar of Companies,
etc. This includes matters relating to incorporation of companies,
registration of trade marks/name, filing of annual returns, share
issue and transfers, attending board meetings etc.
Further, we provide recruitment services for local and overseas
placement and assist in registration of companies as Board of
Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI) approved ventures. We currently
provide Company Secretarial Services to more than 300 clients.
Payroll services are done to clients who seek to achieve
confidentiality and intends to comply with the applicable laws
such as PAYE Tax, Provident Fund and Trust Fund..
